we ( VENOM72 ) have tried to contact cva after an eve mail telling us to remove a tower from there space
1 it is not there space there is no claim on sovereignty
by us or cva
2 we have no intrest in sovereignty now or in the future
3 the threat of destruction of our tower is a cowardly act by an alliance against a small corp who are only using the tower as a base to rat hunt only and do not pose a threat to a major alliance
4 why wont they talk to us to discuss other means to which this problem can be resloved without the ned to use force
i hope the members of cva read this and either post a reply or contact me in game

Hi andy,
You can see CVA space by looking at the map and it runs from R3 just down to the one before TU- in Providence, if my memory serves me correctly.
A lot of alliances (including Huzzah) have a policy of not allowing non alliance POS in their space.

If u asked them BEFORE you put the tower up, I can't see them having a problem with it. If u go in without asking them, who wouldn't have problem with it?

Or you might try to start communications with them.... i suggest talking to Alexander Rahl or Aralis , perhaps you can use their outpost as base instead.
I know for a fact that they will not tolerate neutral POS¦S in their territory and they have the means to remove yours.

Not every space without Sovereignty is non claimed space.
All systems around 8b- have CVA sov, its only 1 jump from CVA outpost.
The best thing that you can do is now unanchor the POS and say sorry to CVA.
Maybe you find another part of 0.0 space that is not claimed by an alliance and where you can anchor your POS.

Just because they are not listed as having Sovereignty at the top left of your screen or on the in-game map doesn't mean they don't claim the system. Alliances generally claim whole regions even though they will only have POS (and hence Sovereignty) in a few systems of that region. The only ways to find out who claims a particular region are look at the map linked above and ask around.
If you've setup a POS in an alliance's space and you don't already have an agreement with them they will kill you and your POS. And, no-one will have any problems with that.
Most Alliances operate a Not Blue Shoot It policy in their own space. If you are neutral they will shoot you just as quickly as if you are hostile to them. So make sure you ask and get an agreement before you go there.
Oh yeah, typing in all caps is considered shouting and therefore rude.

CVA do not operate a NBSI policy, neutrals are welcome within our space. Setting up POS in CVA protected space however, is a different matter entirely. Contact Aralis or Hardin before you come to Intergalatic to try to make CVA look bad.

Just for your reference:
The CVA operates an open door policy in its region of Providence and we do not shoot neutrals unless they are suspicious looking alts in NPC corporations.
Friendly, neutral, non piratical corporations can mine, hunt and generally do business in the area of Northern Providence that we protect.
We (in conjunction with Huzzah and other anti-pirate forces) work to keep the area free of pirates (as much as that is possible/practical), promoting trade and enterprise in what was once a lawless, pirate infested border of the Amarrian Empire.
As mentioned above there are approximately 6 systems which we reserve for CVA and ally's POS. You can still operate in those systems but we ask that you do not build POS there - a fair request when it is the CVA (and friends) who spend their time mounting anti-pirate patrols to keep the area liveable...
I believe the area south of N8 - heading down towards Huzzah space - can be utilised if you wish to construct a POS. If you want to operate in the area in the medium to long run then I suggest that you establish good relations with CVA and Huzzah who both have interests in keeping the corridor open.
Huzzah may even be interested in recruiting you to their alliance.
I hope that clarifies the situation for you. If you are still in any doubt then speak to Aralis...

If neutrals are accepted in your space why was a fired upon at an empire gate BEFORE i went into space while being told by your members that it was safe to enter .. and even then a baalgron a poc and a tempest couldn't pop a ferox. Face it you guys haven't got enough diplomatic discipline atm. Speak to people before guns blaze or your gonna get yourself into trouble you cant handle eventually.

There are no CVA pilots flying a Bhaalgorn and there are certainly none flying a Tempest, so it is safe to assume you are merely making up rubbish in another poor attempt to belittle our efforts in northern providence.

The pilot i believe he is talking about has been asked to clear up the issue and refused, instead he has been attempting to recruit pirates to come attack the CVA.
This is no the issue here however as has already been stated, please contact Aralis.
