Why does EVE have so many whiners and complainers ?
If you don't like it guys, just leave. I think EVE is the best game since Elite. If you don't, it is unlikely this game will ever suit you.
Just leave now and do us all a favour.

Yeah, shame really! Having to wade through many useless trolling posts to try and find the little nuggets of information !
Unfortunately there is no easy solution to this issue without some sort of punishment for crap posts.

If everyone who had an issue with EVE left there would be no more EVE. We all stay and hope it will get better over time. This is not a sertainty, only speculation. It may never get better....at wich point all of us WILL infact leave and you and others like you will keep EVE alive while the rest of who want more then pretty gfx try our luck at diferent games...
This brings something annoying with it...
The fact that we are waiting untill EVE becomes a real game means that we want to see it change. Hence we continuesly do efforts to make suggestions and changes. Some people do this in a nice constructive thread...others do this in a nice little flamoramma post. Peoples characters and tempers are diferent hence you get diferent forms of 'complaining' as you have put it.
As for you...Sir...i would suggest you play the game for a couple months and then swear on your soul youve never complained yourself.
After all...i'm sure hell isnt so bad ;)

It's the exact same things as what Zombie did, you may not attack in "safe-areas" (empire/within sentry range) without loosing your ship.

I think the Amstrad version was the best. There was not even a save game mechanism. I remember playing for 2 days solidly.

This statement implies a large part of the EvE player base is not happy with the game as of now.
"If you don't like it guys, just leave."
Given the statement above - this would mean a large part of the EvE player base would cancel their subscriptions causing CCP to go under - leaving you with out this game you love so much to play.
"Just leave now and do us all a favour."
It would be doing you a dis-favour and if no one ever complained or whined nothing would ever get better or fixed.
EvE is broke - don't even try to side step this. BUT, there are improvements. They need to speed up the improvements however.

Jesus ******* Christ... is this your FIRST MMOG? EVERY one of them has a buttload of complainers in the forums. THat's what forums are for. The real constructive stuff seems to happen outside of general discussion anyway, so try to widen your own perspective a bit before crapping on someone else's.

sometimes something can come from the "whiners" I've been accused of that on occasion... altho I wasn't whining.. I was pointing out some rather idiotic situations. Eve is a great game.. has HUGE potential but the reality is that it may lose a good portion of it's client base if people (read "Whiners") get too frustrated with real concerns and do leave. That would be unfortunate... and lets face it.. the true doinks we can just laff at and go on about our business.
