Like the title states, I'm looking for a Tengu pilot that isn't going to require anymore real training to be at perfect skills.

Almost no wasted SP compared to what I'm looking for, however, it falls short on a few key things and is significantly overpriced for the amount of time it takes to get 30mil skill points. If you'd be willing to take 12 bil, we can talk, otherwise, good luck in your endeavors. |
