This is a silly bug, but I'm sure some experienced Amarr pilots have already solved it. 
If I switch the crystals in my laser turrets quickly - that is, right-click (which choose a crystal there and then) before another turret has finished switching crystal - some of the turrets end up empty, because the daft game tries to load the same crystal into two lasers and one fails.
So, erm... short of intentionally going slow (which kind of defeats the point of having hot-swappable crystals), is there a way around this?

Stack your crystals before reloading everytime. They all grab from the same stack then, but it has enough crystals so it doesnt fail.
Ofcourse, tech2 crystals cant be repackaged atall so that somewhat changes matters. Small oversight on CCPs end that will be fixed in due time no doubt.

Stacking lessens the problem, doesnt fix it, true.
Doubt its an easy fix or itd be in already. Its a real pain though, because with laser's pathetic falloff you NEED to be switching crystals fast.

Stack the crystals in your hold:
Open the cargo, right click, stack all.
Crystals stacked up nicely don't do this since it takes from the stack. Just make sure your "helpers" and "voulenteres" in that Amarr ship clean up the unloaded crystals afterwards. Tidy armories make for fast reloading!
If you need, I have some an agent with some Slaver Hounds... Motivation is a key performance metric.
