Today I have a more realistic, easy to implement suggestion. Currently killmails show the total hitpoints dealt during the combat session, not taking into account total damage or resists. If you deal 5000 hitpoints of EM Damage to kill a t2 minmatar ship, that will show up as a 500 damage dealt kill. I would simply like to see KMs contain the different amounts of damage dealt, total effective damage, maybe total damage avoided, and perhaps total hull lifetime damage (since repackage).. imagine ganking an old mission ship with billions of hp in lifetime damage taken. /cael

Fully agree. I'd rather see this than my OP suggestion, but whatever is easiest. CCP should roll out non-mechanical, functionality updates AS they are made, at least on the test server update channel. But I understand that some updates require total overhaul
