I dont know if it important but i just realize agent have 24 quality when i open info on her and she does pay a lot more is's and LP vs same department and leve with 20 quality i would say about 20% more lp i getting from her.

Is the agent's INITIAL quality 24 or the EFFECTIVE quality? If the former, I'd like to know that agent's name

BASE agent standing doesn't go above 20, but an unwritten bonus of the "Negotiation" skill is that it increases your agents quality by 5 per level. Personal standing is also added I believe. Hope that helps.

No it's 54, 20+(5*5)+9
+9 because you can never get +10 standing. Even if it says 10.00 in your stabdings, it ain't added to effective quality, only 9 ever is.

Hi, just a quick question regarding effective quality - does it affect the loyalty points gained or just the amount of rewards? Thanks!
