How many devs does it take to change a Tranquility?

Another thread got me wondering just what proportion of Devs are assigned to replacing 'the sacred cluster' and whether other stuff (cough Kali cough) also gets worked on at times like these. Just how many devs does it take to change a Tranquility?

Well i am in corporate support so we get calls from people saying blah exchange server is down. This windows server needs to be rebooted, i need share access, basicly all behind the scenes stuff, and you most people won't notice it, EX. Node Goes down on EVE, someone has to be like. Whats happening? or server so responce? someone has to push the reboot button. :)
