It's just that I'm very interested in the issue and haven't seen any such statement despite reading a lot of threads concerning T2 BPOs.

T2 is only for those who can afford it. Live with it.
Jaydom	Posted - 2006.02.04 20:32:00 - [16] I have problems with the "research" system they have in place. But outside of it, t2 bpo's are nice. If you're a shrewd business man - you can hack it. That part actually rewards smart players(which should be rewarded)..other than the random ass lottery system..its pretty neat :)
