Well, they DID say "very, very soon".
I don't want them everywhere though, people are still using cruisers. Those who want a "challenge" should be able to get it. Somehow.

If they introduce them I sincerly hope they won't put them in <10 systems evewide - if they do those will be extremly crowded and ctd country.

Should be in very soon actually, GM Anarki had this spawn thing going around him outside the FCC station and an Archangel something or the other spawned on top of him, had a 300K bounty.

Battleship pirates would be nice , but they and NPC pirates need to have a steeper difficulty level curve. We need groups of pirates that ppl can't "farm" solo , even if they are in a BS themselves. Otherwise whats the point of them, just a way of makin more easy money even quicker
To many(not all) the biggest threat whle NPC pirate huntin is CTDin whilst fightin em.
NPC pirate groups that require team play and make solo hunters want to run would really spice things up for NPC hunters wanting a challenge

Hey, back when I was in a rifter, farming cruisers was hard work! 
Hmmm... maybe we need a dreadnaught class pirate to recreate that same challenge for us bship drivers.

Please make a better NPC ai atm all it do is close in and it ends up on its max travel rate it pulls back ,shoots missiles at dumb ranges and when their spawn time is up they simply vanish.

Wonder if battleship pirates will be introduced in the same systems as the 50k cruisers are in now?
300k bounty per pirate... if they spawn in 1 mill+ groups, it will probably become the best money making activity in eve.
Lets hope they dont make bs pirates extreamly rare, and that they actually drop better stuff than 100 ammo.
