Can anyone in corporations go into a person's private hanger and take items? Or is it only in the corporate hangers people can do that? Thank you for any information.

people with the "security officer" role can SEE and ADD to your hanger
no taking though, dont worry
if they could my corp whould be hunting a certain Ex CEO who lotted our entire corp hanger and corp wallet before quittign the corp, we think she was an alt of some theif
kinda bummed but we just got a new REAL CEO and were all good now, pickign ourselves back up
we actually were discussing hunting her anyways, but since she hasnt logged in since we said forget it
just dont serve in any Corp wiht Anna Bowdon

Well do some corps have vaults or hangars that everyone in the guild can access? I joined a corporation and the CEO told me that I could help myself to anything that was in the corp hangar to outfit my ship(s). Now I didn't actually go out there since it was way out in 0.0 and I'm not ready to venture there yet; plus I didn't need any mods.

Yes, many do.
But most are very restricted due to the threat of corp theft.
For example, they might put 5 of every useful item (maybe a few 10s of millions at most worth) in a public hangar, and the rest in a seperate hangar that the director resupplies the main one from.
