Edited by: Blydchyld on 05/02/2006 12:07:23 I know this has been beaten to death and back but...
Quote: Minmatar Slasher frigates flying passed a Minmatar Tempest Battleship. The setting is an planetary asteroid ring Concept scene for planetary asteroid rings. The greatest thing to happen to mining, since Miner IIs. Expect them to arrive in 2004
At least stop taunting us and update it :)

Where does it say this, where is the picture, and what's the difference between an asteroid ring and an asteroid belt? -------------------------------------[04:04:04] Tom Thumb > for a nut case you rawk

I dont know where this is but i know the difference.
a belt is what we have now
a ring is a continuouse belt that wraps around a planet forming a ring.

When they add planetary rings and system-wide rings, they should make roids stop respawning.
For anyone who's about to *****, keep in mind just how long it would take even 50 strip miners working 23/7 to strip mine something a few hundred KM wide/thick, and hundreds of AU long. Atleast a year. So maybe at the most make em respawn once a year.

Or, more realistically, have them respawn, but very very very slowly. -------------------------------------[04:04:04] Tom Thumb > for a nut case you rawk
