To sell drugs you need to deal with logistics and the market.
Regarding logistics, you need to create a good set of instas for your chosen smuggling route. There are only customs agents at gates, so if you can get through the gates quickly, you should have no problems.
As you can't sell drugs through the normal market, you need to use escrow. It's best to sell at agent hubs as there seems to be most demand there and no one wants to transport the stuff.

instas is good, but if you don't have time a frig or destroyer with MWD is enough (just watch out if you fit cargo expanders they might slow you down too much)
otherwise there's a narcotics channel where you can buy some

IŠve heard from my traider that the skill called Black markedting, sould give you a better change to get passed CONCORD, But there is allways a change to get cached..
