I would like to sell myself.
Character sheet
Skill points: 10.252.929 at the time of writing
Full set of +4 implants
Location: Inaro (4 jumps from Jita)
Positive security status and wallet
Currently training Level V Heavy Assault Missiles. Heavy Missiles V already trained. I personally prefer heavies but you'll be able to use T2 assaults very soon if that's your personal preference.
This character is a great level 4 mission runner. She has the required standings to do level 4 missions with Corporate Police Force with a great selection of agents throughout Caldari space.
Awesome selection of skills with very few wasted skill points. I do level 4 missions using Tengus on several characters and this one has everything you will need.
All destroyer and battlecruiser skills at IV, giving you access to a large range of ships for level 1-3 missions.
Subsystems: defensive, offensive and propulsion systems at 5, electronic and engineering at 4
Completely clean corporation history (still in the starting NPC corp)
Clean combat log (no kills whatsoever)
All CCP rules apply (I'll pay transfer fee, etc.)

i would have offered more for a 10m tengu pilot, but a large portion of the SP is divided amongst racial ship skills which a tengu pilot doesn't really need! I may be willing to give you a bit more if you are unwilling to sell so low, though i hope you can find someone who will pay you more so you can make a bit of money. I'd just like to get into a tengu asap and have enough money left over to actually buy and fit the tengu :P
