This is a time of great turbulence, the world of EVE is being rocked to its foundations by the assassination of the recently inaugurated Doriam Kor-Azor, Emperor and living God of the Amarr, confusion, strife and corruption runs rampant in the ancient Gallente Federation which is reeling from the worst elections in history the outcome still undecided - this on top of their recent inept loss of a Titan to the Serpentis.. Chaos reigns supreme among all the greatest powers of our day, tensions arise between all the different empires and factions, xenophobia, chaos and hostility grows increasingly common, resulting in skirmishes and the threat of all out war looms immiment.
In the midst of this atmosphere a small group of ambitious capsuleers decides that the chaos should be turned to their advantage. To this end they formed Umbra Congregatio, an extensive yet secretive organisation through which they collaborate, recruit like-minded people and generally extend their influence and wealth.
We believe in the power of the mind and will, not age, so young pilots are welcome if they're willing to learn, adapt and evolve. Those who fail to improve themselves have no place among us. If there's profit or power to be had, we're always nearby, waiting patiently for the right moment to act, and when we do, we hold nothing back. Be it hunting, mining, high-tech production or savage killing of fellow men, we're doing it like it's the last thing we'll ever do.
Umbra Congregatio has finally decided that this is the time to make our existence public. We hereby invite all our associates to join us in our quest for glory and riches. We can offer a great team of capsuleers, with a great deal of experience among them, great atmosphere and a sense of true belonging.
