I, too, am an internet lawyer, but I actually specialize in the area of internet SPACESHIP law.

James 315 is in no way authorized or empowered to enforce actions under the EULA, and both you and him are likely jointly and severally liable for contempt and fraud charges for explicitly stating as much in this, a recognized forum-of-law. That's a good question, and I want to answer it for you, but before I do so, we'll just need to negotiate a fair retainer to define both the scope of the representation and the fee structure.
In simple terms, send me 300m isk and I'll be happy to send you a fair and neutral interpretation of the EULA that answers your question. Or, if you'd like, you can send me 600m isk and I'll be even happier to send you the answer you want to hear, with logical rationalizations as to why that answer is correct.

Iceland is in the process of drafting a new constitution to replace the old hand-me-down they're currently using, so . . .
. . . the Icelandic Constitution can be whatever you want it to be.
