I take it as there doesn't appear to be a sniper rule set that bids before 22.00 are the ones that will count....and not those placed 10-15 or more minutes later?

There was a sniper rule set, if you look there is a different one for each individual item. You won't be getting that crystal for 14m Jhonen. Sorry. The Dg crystal snipe rule was the longest one, too at 2 hours and 30 minutes

The only one that doesn't have a snipe rule was those gistii things, because they suck.
