Quote: Again, discussing a ban is against the forum rules. It's something between that specific user and CCP.
Ok. Its betweem that user (exploiter) and CCP. Thats fine... but in court (in real life) all the crime sentences are made public.
CCP dont care about their "regular" players or even worst, they don't care about the victims of the exploiter. They just care about hiding the truth about what is going on.
This is all i have to say because i dont want this thread locked also.

This forum is owned by CCP, they make the complete rules. Stop complaining about it, I know lots of forums with rules not to discuss warnings/bans on the forums, including the one I'm an admin at.

Give up. You are wrong too, forum rules are there from day 1. Are you the same kind of person that in fact, enjoy doing what is not permitted ? the biggest proof that they DO CARE are their actions. _______________________________________________

A warning or a banning is not the result of a criminal act. If it was, I would expect it to be made public.
If I am warned at the golf club or at work for breaking a rule, I would be very upset if that was made public. So it is normal for that type of situation to keep it confidential, and not make exceptions because one of the parties want to talk about it. It is not censorship - I see it as politness.

hey, stop:
a) exploiting the fact that it takes x minutes to lock a thread, if there is even a mod about.
b) griefing the forums with posts that are strictly against the rules.*
I hope you don't treat the in-game rules with the same disregard you have for the forum rules...
* and dull. .

Give it up, CCP consist of a bunch of Icelanders that hasn't a clue what freedom of speech is.
Let them sensor the **** out of the forums and hide the true feelings of their customers. They must use the forums as a means of advertising... "seee how happy and joyfull the citizens are, sec.." sounds of an infedel being banned for having negitive FEEDBACK and the post be deleted so nobody will see it again "...ok now where were we, oh ya, see the happy players talking so nice about the game..."

Stop being so blinkered.
Anyone with half a brain knows that negative feedback, when put across, is always welcome if put in an intelligent and sensible way.
Anyone with half a brain also realises that discussing bans also gets clicked.

This is CCP's forum, if you don't like how they run it, then go form your own or join one of the many other forums out there for eve. If your staying here and posting in THEIR forums that they provide for us to make use of, then do so within their rules.
You may not agree with their rules but your stuck with them.
