Ok here is the basic idea, I=im proposing that ccp add a system where medals are displayed at the bottom right of the charecters picture. And the name of the medals are displayed on there general info section.
Now these wont be just any medals you can get you can only get them Via a senior Roleplaying GM and as part of an event. Basically one example could be 'The Holy Defender of the Empire Of God'. And you will only ge tthis if you are Amarr, In posative standing of at least 4.0 with the empire and have succesfully completed an event defending the empire or some other great feat.
The point is that this will show everyone something of what you have achieved in your eve life.
So any thoughts on this

kinda like prestige names and titles in other games. interesting

Cool idea i think it would be cool to get medals from rescuing slaves.
Bring 1 million slaves to mimitar space to get Hero of the Republic medal.

Yea exept gettin one will be pretty much impossable and HAS to be appointed by a senior GM or developer as a big event say for example Kill 1000 mimitar security battleships and kill loads more blood angels gets you a Heroic order of the empire medal.
BAsically if you see someone with one you know it REALLY means something.

I did thats why i posted this true your corp can give you one but those are ten a penny what im talking about are really rare EVENT based ones pls read my post properly in future.

Yeah, and it won't surprise anyone to learn that my corp title is actuall "Miss Biatch"
