720 platform for sniping or 720 with tanking. Vagabond does close range to well. If you're pve'ing autocannons work fine too.

PVE belt hunting for Sanshas/Dark Blood
425mm AC II x 5 (same dps as the size down, but far less ammo usage)
Med Dim Nos x 2
10mn AB II x 1
18% Capcharger x 2
Medium Rep II x 1
Thermal Hardener II x 1
Gyro II x 2
Can't remember if it was an RCU or a PDU needed to make it fit. Try the pdu first as you'll get a cap bonus.

This is just an interesting setup i use when im bored:
HIGH
*5x Dual 180mm II
*1x Medium Nosferatu II
*1x Medium Energy Neutraliser (Named if poss, t2 isnt decent)
MED
*1x 10mn Afterburner II
*1x Warp Disruptor
*1x Medium Electro Cap Booster
LOW
*1x Medium Armour Repairer
*1x Energized Adaptive II
*1x Energized Kinetic II
*1x Energized Explosive II
*1x Cap Power Relay or PDU II (i cant remember exactly whether it all fits in to the powergrid)
Voila, not many people expect to run into a Muninn setup to cap drain, 7 highs = yum
uh.

once you have those 2 nos's on a bs rat you really dont need the cap rechargers, drop them for tracking pc's or webbers maybe?

lvl 4 drone missions and the easier lvl4 angel missions:
5 x 720 II's, 2 x Standard Launchers.
Medium booster II, Tech II Kinetic Hardner, 10mn ab II.
3 x PDU II, 2 x Gyro II.
600m/s, 16x damage mod, decent rof, great tracking due to the ship bonus and a lowest resist of 60%. With decent skills you should be able to run the AB and shield boost forever.
Just avoid webbing inties.
