those are mostly empire regions, not 0.0 (except syndicate space maybe) and i do and care mostly about 0.0 space, not empire.
beside i sell entire regions not routes.
you'll have to contact some other BMs sellers for those empire ones.

i put my alt (Sonia Sager) in Ipref, 1 jump from Agil.
she will station there to provide souther regions BMs.
Viktor stations in Litiura, 1 jump from Nonni.

well, i got MR (main routes) in stain (84 BMs atm).
it's not GtG yet, but it will...
if trianqulity will stand up after tomorrows CCP's stunt :]
i'll start doing next region... of course which one
it's classified :] but i'll post results ASAP in this topic.
