Well both my characters are stuck and skills need updating....
I'm not best pleased with this....
I know that 2 of my friends have now cancelled there subscription to this game.... I don't blame them if there are many more crashes like this one.

yup i cant even get past the login screen now..
This game keeps farting more and more people off the server everyday.
The server gets more and more unstable everytime we see a msg on the news or devblog stating 'WE FIXED IT YEHA'.
This is compleet bolocks. Last time i checked the definition for *fix* it stated something along the lines of 'to deal with a problem in such a way that it is permanently at bay'.
Hence knowing this knowledge wich comes from a simple book purchaseble at any bookstore i start to wonder exactly how *fixing* constitues temporarily covering something up in such a way that its not really covered up and people start asking serious questions....not to mention start canceling subscriptions in large floks.
There used to be an inflamatory and heated discussion on these boards sometime agao as wether or not EVE was dieing...well thanks to EVE-i nice little server status watchers we can now all see it with our own eyes how the number of active players online is headed for solid ground.
Ofcourse after this weekend i suppose we can expect another big drop in number of active players hehe...
Nice job guys. Stuff like this is a really great idea to pull on a saturday ;). People are gonna totally love this!
BTW...
If you think this is a smelly rant...wait till this kind of bull starts hapening more frequent

New Caldari is deffo broken. GMs need to post a news message telling all players to avoid it. I currently have two characters stuck in this sytem . Sigh.
For thos who can't log on... The only way I can log on is if I clear the cache using evedude first.

I'm stuck, was jumping from Tash Murkon to Amarr. Ironically enough it was to tidy up my assets and get last of my stuff from there
Only thing I'm annoyed about atm is that I finished training a skill and need to start another one. I don't mind too much though, I watched Phonebooth and might do some other stuff while it's fixed :)

Took the opportunity to go food shopping on a saturday night looking seriously fly. Whilst this post is quite playful I've lost count (and patience) with the number of people bleating on about the recent problems and demanding 'compensation'. Is it just me or does anyone else get the distinct impression that there appears to be a disproportionate number of virgin MMOG players within EVE.
No MMOG ships free of bugs even after beta. FACT. Yes, CCP have endured a bad week or so for various reasons but I find the whining in the forum incredulous! As an EQ player, two years after launch, there were occasional server problems, zone lag/drop and disconnections. It's part and parcel of MMOG's and will hopefully get better but will never be 100% free of issues.
I'm all for channelling a little bit of frustration but keep it to one thread, eh?

Well up the gravity well both ways blind folded with bad gas no tums one leg gimping dirty clothes aint seen a shower in 6 weeks and ate old rations dropped off by the last pirate that tried to kill us but rammed the hauler and blew out the warp drive while i was sitting watchint the video of the him football game and got a phone call that my mom had just died in a head on car accident with my wife who was fine but lost the credit card and the bank account got cleaned out by somebody we trusted and Now i cant LOG ON TO EVE. (note: Not all that is true but if u feel this way SAY SOMETHING)

This rocks, was in .5 space, just got settled in to mine, had 5 Berserkers and some other smaller drones out ready to battle 3 incoming Outlaws and *DROP*!!! Am I to be compensated for the lost drones? What kind of crap is this? Don't think I've ever seen a more unstable massively multiplayer game. EQ never did this.. NEVER. Hmm... wonder if Planetside crashes, hiccups, and CTD, this much.

EVE runs smoothly most of the time. I remember earth and beyond had ctd issues when it first started a year ago. Things will get better.
Dont be so quick to jump on ccp's head, although they have a faulty switch, most of the lag and disconnectins have been caused by the recent flux of virii and worms spewing emails everywhere, slowing down and clogging up parts of the internet. |

I was in a system mining and fighting off pirates in my cruiser. The cruiser that took me ages to earn. Hmmmm....
For me... If for some chance I lost that cruiser during this server issue, I guess it will equal the canceling of my account. I can not go through hours of CTD's and Proxy issues just to get back to where I was.
I am here to waste my time with maxium enjoyment. Not maxium fustraion constantly clicking on an icon only to find the "Server is down".
