Guys When I try to get onto singularity, It sits and waits for a while after changing Tranquility to it and then says unable to connect to 212.187.162.10 on port 26000
Anyone able to help or is it simply that the test server has been down for the last week ?
ALSO : When I ping the IP in a dos window, i get no responce either!

are you using the latest testbuild?
as recently ccp changed the ip address of the test server.
latest build is 2.10.3877
if you are (as i dont have the new ip to hand to check) then try a traceroute to see where its dropping out.

SiSi appears to be running fine currently
It was down overnight, perhaps thats when you attempted to connect

You need to apply the newest test patch, since 212.187.162.10 is the old IP.

Because after the password reset on TQ they did the same to sisi as well. As they are two different databases reset passwords on TQ will not work on sisi as they are still reset there. Valar posted about making a copy of the dbase after about 2-3 weeks from the mass reset but passwords still not sorted out at that time will not have been coppied over. Or rather when coppied over they were still reset.
I guess this won't be fully resolved until the next mirror, which I am guessing is due after the patch the new server to the 'Blood' patch.

Ok Ive updated and everything like that to the latest version Now It has a different IP but Is still getting the same problem, I did a tracert of this new IP : 87.237.38.10 and it gets to something in London then IP 195.50.91.98 on its 11'th jump and then after that all requests time out ? Is this the most current IP ? as from these findings It would appear it isn't or something along those lines ...?

yep, I assume it was updating to the new patch but anyway works fine now was on there yesterday 
I heard from some alliance members that items are only $100 on there to allow for effective testing .. Is this the case as I tryed buying an item for 5Mill and it charged 5Mill so no $100 unless I was doing something Wrong. How I someone supposed to test something If they have no money as they arent going to want to mine or whatnot on the test server lol

Well last time I logged in it was still at $100 per item. I can't log in now... maybe server is down again... maybe it's not like that in all regions, I was in Domain I think.

Every region has select systems that have been seeded with a million items each all priced at 100 isk. This replaces the need for the Fight Club and the corp hanagr where people needed to sort out access. It would take at least 24 hours for those in player corps before they could even get into the Fight Club let alone get hangar access. This is a better method.

i patched the test server today, i was on it for quiet a while, then it ctd'd, since its said unable to connect. this just me?

Singularity has been crashing every night this week due to a crashbug in the code. So if I don't notice that its down in the evenings, its down all night.
