Thats great - account can play fine (I'm guessing so long as I don't log out), account two is unable to log in to give support :(

If you look at the new graph on the homepage, you'll see that the green line is taking a dive leveling off at some number all of a sudden. I guess the dive is people not being able to connect anymore (and others leaving out of choice), the flatlining the moment when everyone was kicked out?

A proxy processed crashed, and due to limitation in our hardware routers the proxy server still passed health check, since the other process on the machine was still responding. I killed the other process on the machine at 13:10, and TQ started accepting connections again.
