In J-space there are no Cynos, Black Ops or Titan bridges. Let alone local. J-space is a constantly changing web of exits and entrances, each of which can be guarded, trapped or baited.
Many of those, daily, open into the heart of nullsec's economy. Into the very core of Eve's mainstream.
Rubicon is bringing us more opportunities to apply guerilla warfare.
So what if the major players formed a J-wide truce - dare I say it, alliance?
What sort of fire could that alliance rain down on the rest of Eve?

I doubt the w-space alliances could do it, given the logistical nightmare that ever-changing wormholes creates.
That said, if they ever did get together it would would be mind-bogglingly awesome..
In fact, thinking about it, it would be pretty much unassailable.. and very very powerful.

There are cynos, blackops, and local. Just different, mechanics-wise. There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency. |

This would never work because we all hate each other.
Also so what if every wh-space alliance banded together. You'd just have another blob vs. blob situation except we wouldn't have nearly as many supers.

Too true - I was living in a C2 a few days after Apocrypha. Back then we used blinged Kronos to run C3 sites because the Noctis didn't exist and J-space was.. empty. And fights were rare.
Now J-space is full of small gangs who pvp to a degree that's an order of magnitude above nullsec. They're cloaky, clever, and experienced.
But from what I've read there are a growing number of blues in J-space anyway. I guess that if they ever did combine - even if just temporarily - they'd become a destructive machine that could frankly make life extremely dangerous for even the largest nullsec alliance.
Now that would be a war to talk about The box said "Requires Windows-á2000 or better", so I installed Linux. |

First... it would never be as coherent in the traditional sense that many people associate as being an "alliance". WH dwellers are a few degrees more independent by nature and like it that way.
Second... not much, as the rest of EVE is largely outside of WH space.
Nice theory, but most theories have appeal so long as they stay on paper.

The Siphons in particular are going to be a great weapon for wormhole people to use against nullsec Alliances. Bet they'll soon grow very tired of having to check on all their moon-goo operations, on the off chance some random exit hasn't formed nearby to allow some enterprising disciples of Bob to start stealing some of that tasty goo.
Though, can't see all of wormhole space uniting, nor would they ever need to. The idea of someone being able to invade the entirety of it is just silly. Plus, we've all spent too much time shooting eachother.
