Alright I havent seen any Harpy RMR PvP setups yet, So Heres a RMR Harpy PVP setup I've fitted but i think it could be better.
High Slots:
4 Module Light Neutron Particle Accelerators ( W/MagStb II you get a 7.4 dmg mod)
1 Arbelest Rocket Launcher ( explosive )
Med Slots:
1 Gisti A-type S S-Booster
1 TII S-Ab
1 J5b Phased Prototype Warp Inhibitor ( Scrambler )
1 X5 Engine Enervator ( webby )
Low Slots:
1 PDS II
1 Mag Stab II
So far I've had great results with this setup in pvp for its ganking ability. But im thinking of changing out the rocket launcher for a small nos cause its alittle hard on the cap. Its alittle on the pricy side but hey , If your gonna pvp and want to make sure your gonna be the one to live through it , I figure dont hold back !. Get the best , use the best.
Send some comments on what ya think or some other ideas for PvP Setups

Well, it's a real light cost setup, but here's the Apoc I was running good against Guristas. Tank could probably be adapted to other things as well.
High Slots:
6x Tachyon Beam Lasers (IR Lenses were my choice, though I switched to Multis with no problems when things got hot)
2x Medium Beam Laser II's (IR all the way. Accurate close range fire for targets within the blind spot of my tach beams.)
Medium Slots:
1x Large Cap Battery (yeah yeah, I hear you people screaming batteries are useless. It was an AB, but when I put in the battery, it cleaned up my cap setup.)
3x Cap Recharger I (again, I hear people screaming, but I scream back I WAS ON A BUDGET HERE)
Low Slots:
1x Large Armor Repairer I (budget issues again.)
1x Medium Armor Repairer II (this puppy ran all the time)
2x Armor Kinetic Hardener (the core of my tanking power)
3x Capacitor Power Relay (shields? who needs those?)
Review:
I'm not skill heavy on my cap skills, and with that setup, I could non stop fire all six tachs on multi, both the frigate guns, and run my tank, with no worries. Without the battery, it failed on me. You're looking for setups, and there's my setup that worked for me on level 4 low quality Guristas missions. I tanked 3 Dread Pith low rank ravens long enough for me to take out one, and then the tank started winning against the damage. That was my worst case.

[RMR] Condor, NPCing
A very fun setup (in the "I told you I could do it" way), but it's just so disheartening when you can do the same thing so much faster in a Kestrel.
