They cost 250k to build and sell for 5-600k in central empire, not in great numbers but they do sell. They may not be the hottest thing around since t2 plates came into the picture but a motivated enough manufacturer/lobbyist should be able to convince CCP they need a boost. The BPO is now up for auction under the following terms: Starting bid: 100 mil Min. Increment: 10 mil Auction ends: Sunday Feb. 12, 19:30 Eve-time. Sniper rule: 10 minutes Buyout: 1B (Eve-mail me to claim the buyout) Reserve: hidden

For a Nightmare faction battleship it is 1912.5 more armor for only 30 cpu and 2 powergrid, compared to 800mm steel plate II that only gives 1682 more armor, for 28 cpu and 230 powergrid. For smaller ships plates are more powergrid effective, but for bigger ships this is better.

Then when I try to convo you in game - instead of accepting and explaining you keep refusing my convo. Someone who was sorry cos this had happened would acceptand say so. Sorry - but I think you have it still and are not selling even though you stated that reserve was met - just cos you did not get what you wanted. This sucks!!

The escrow was claimed at 19:35, which is after the end of the auction. I should have cancelled it by 19:25, but I forgot, and I already apoligized for that. Unfortunately I cannot see who claimed the escrow. If I was interested in keeping the BPO, why would I have reduced the buyout in the first place? Your bid was late by the way, SaIIy, and you would not have gotten the BPO either way. I'm just sorry for Tikalta who should have won the auction, and I will give him a couple of 100-run BPCs as compensation. /Barb
