Hello,
I an writing this becouse i want to know what you can do with the Small tractor beam before i spend the 15-25 million ISK on graviton physics Skill.
1)Can you grab the jettison cargo?
A) can you put the jettison cargo in your cargo hold?
B)if you can. how long will it stay in the cargo hole before diappearing?
2)Can you warp while holding the jettison cargo?
A)Can you travel through a gate while you holding the cargo?
B)Can you enter a space Station while holding the cargo?
And i have 1 more question while i am here asking Q's
As any one seen "CFO Training" Skill?
If you have can you post so i can buy a few..

1) You can if it belongs to you, your corp or a gang member.
1a) you can open the cargo and move the items inside of it into your cargo hold. You cannot place the can itself into your cargo hold (unless it is an unsecured container, but I don't know if you can tractor beam those)
1b) cargo will not vanish from your cargo hold unless something bad happens, like your ship blowing up. The cargo can itself may banish according to the normal rules, which is about an hour of inactivity.

If you're paying more than 8 - 10 million for it look in a different region. I paid 8 million each for copies for both my characters.

15-25mil for that skill is rediculous, since it's base price is 1mil. If you wat for a bit, you'll get it at a reasonable price.

15-20 mil for the graviton physics skill  and to think i sold mine for 10mil. 
Dude the skillbooks you get from agents working for schools like the school of applied knowledge etc.. i had a crapload of them..
Anyway, do the missions or wait for the prices to go down, but really a tractor beam is a pretty useless piece of kit. i mean wasting 1 highslot for a tractor beam is just wrong

Well, just before RMR was released the skills were available for 500-600K each. When RMR hit a few people went around & bought up any belowe 5m isk and resold them for upwards of 8 or 9m.
Makes me wish I had bought a stock for my corp.

Entepricing people will always make a bundle.
For me personally lazyness has given me quite a few good deals.
With this onw I simply couldnt be bothered with selling the books for a mere 500k each so I still have a bunch.
As for the items being useless...
They are GREAT!
They make looting a breeze, my Exequor with 4 tractor beams can loot a huge number of cans in no time flat (as compared to the old slow way of flying from can to can).
Also it looks like with some luck there is going to be a tractor can sports game started in eve that sounds like alot of fun.
Lastly then for the lot that dont want to buy the skill for 15+ mil...
Do missions, agents still drop the skills.
