Darian en Chasteaux EVE University Ivy League 3	Posted - 2013.11.04 02:32:00 - [1] - Quote Greetings, As a writer of New Eden, I am following a new face at a place called Eve Univ - his name: Darian en Chasteaux Not much is known of him. He is currently, supposedly, doing some clandestine work either of his own, or under some direction by a dept called the so-called: HQ - we assume this means Headquarters. HQ delivers Intel and orders to a one Commander Zeta who then directs the actions of Darian; we believe they are the same and have counterparts; directives as they are called. For the most part, Darian's actions are much of what Commander Zeta would do; we know even less of this Commander Zeta; we suspect severe cloning and cybernetic transplants have pretty much made Cdr Zeta a ROBOT; there seems to be a strong data-link between the two. Information regarding the beginnings of Darian's travels can be found here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=292296 and will serve as a basis for a brief history report; with updates as time goes on...at some point, we will realize that the stories, whether true or not, may have grave implications on some of New Eden's transportation infrastrucure...you never know where Darian will be lukin about. We do know he can be hot-headed, like Capt James T Kirk of Star Trek fame...we expect to see it often; but perhaps in a more subtle way ! Currently Darian is in pilot school and has been found doing some pirate missions; mostly learning both the strategical and tactical gameplay of the various pirate factions. His first mission is already in full gear....word now has it that he in hot on the trail of a drug Kingpin in New Eden; we can only hope that it is for his capture. As news warrants, LIVE INTEL (!) is located at: http://www.twitch.tv/cdr_zeta We will release more data as it becomes available...currently a "VIP" wanted for questioning by "HQ" is located on a really big ship. Intel has not been reliable with HQ and is causing headaches for Darian. Watch and see how he handles the situation ! When immediate news events are available they will be posted on the calendar (!); it is suggested that each event will contain some sort of training for NEW PILOTS of Eve and New Eden...how this information is given we will never know ! signed, a writer in New Eden

My data is so incoherent lately I never can seem to get the news out right anymore - I need more music streamed to my office...now where did I see that 'billboard'... Pressing onward...we have it on good report that Darian survived his first battle against some perty tough pirates down there in Amarr space. What in the world this 'space cowboi' is doin in a amarr wooki whip shootin hybrids we will never know. It was reported he is in training...the live streams confirm his actions are slightly out of line with the main stream...typical farm boi...dont that skool teach him anythin...?! One thing is fer sure - he do like is musik mahn he like to jahm... Ehh musik soothes the souls.... Wait...incoming (no not a nuke you bloomin idyot).... Wait somethin is amiss here...we believe this technolgy is more appropriately referred to as 'electromagnetic', or EM...we dont seem to have that on good report though...figures my agents are tryin to mess wid me I just know it. Anyways, the report is that tonite he is expected to have a runin with this space drug kingpin he seems to be chasin...we have seen some proof of a narc building and a rogue base of operations that was subsequently blown up by hisself in that lil squid of his; that had to be a fake vid We can expect several LIVE STREAMS on his channel this evening...he does have a flair...we know he is reporting in to some headquarters; we believe it is Galente in nature which is kinda obvious but you never know... I know this fellow - and believe me yer local space cadets better watch out - he got a wit about him and it gonna take a long time to figure this fellow out...? Is he really what he seems to be? The 'Live Intel' is defintely ligit and is being tracked by our offices (and wouldnt you like to know where those offices are haha !)... This writer has no immediate direct affiliation with Darian, his HQ, his corp, his anything for that matter... But Darian whenever you get back here and catch up on yer 'NEWS' 'here at the office (he does drop by now and again), I will personally play this song on my CD for yas; ya know that one you stream when you hit the bars an such... Dont forget buddy; we can capture those clandestined streams (he probly knows) I dunno why he is being so public and not encryptin them...it's almost as if he want people to suspect him... I guess we shall see... I am expecting streams tonite... Let's be on the look out for anythin peculiar... The Seeker Mission is back online...we will be seeing his progress and training live on and off up to the actual mission which we have been told will be around 0200 - note his streams have been late to start and rather lenghty with crucial sweet tidbits interlaced with little juicy data cores so short if you didnt know what to look for most people would probly miss them. Darian: look I get pings on comms almost every nite; I cant save everyone out here; last nite was the worst so far a writer: its ok man; I mean; we can sympathize with some of the illegal activities and the various police are having problems locating the perpetrators; you are doing us a great service by being a presence out there however small... Darian: thank you a little appreciation goes a long way...its just that I get Intel and it is; well; whether it is compromised or not, the Intel I was getting was not only sketchy; I think I was setup - big time; I am worried... a writer: you think maybe freelancing is a viable option out there then? Darian: It has its place like anything else; what would you do if you were a space pilot? do legal stuff and not worry; or do illegal stuff and be so paranoid wonderin if yer gran-ma was da judge, jury, and executioner (?); it happens out there I seen it. a writer. so tell us what happened... Darian: look I am kinda pressed ya know...but anyways the short of it all..."the Devout" as I discovered has once again eluded me...I caught up with what I thought was him...we had a brief spat...its all there right on video for all to see...it was, well not horrible but I wasnt a happy camper... a writer: so you took him into custody? Darian: ya I wish; honestly I never really saw that 'person'; it seemed real enough but I had no life scanners; we got some comms and a capsule popped out; we chatted and the next thing I knew my danged drones went rogue; my drone launcher went haywire and they ate that capsule for lunch...I was so ...ARGGHHHH a writer: wow ya too bad for a drug leader huh...so... Darian: LOOK YOU ARNT OUT HERE....man I am sorry it was just aweful I couldnt do anything - I tried to take out my drone and couldnt; it was like it was under some control other than me I dunno...anyways...it turns out that "The Devout" out there was a decoy...after researching the archives (ya I actually dont read my 'after action reports'; my ship's computer auto logs most of my events); I seen that the 'real Devout' was seen in Hilaban (sp?); by me of course; but it was only 'fleeting'...it was then that I got a message from my 'HQ' to go after him..... I chased the rat up to the Caldari systems, or so I thought; I got a ping to come down here; I figured why not the Amarrians aint too friendly with thems pirates anyways - ya know thems Blood Raiders...well 'The Devout' showed his face down here to begin with...I think he is beginning to realize I am onto him and his silly games... I have another mission down here to flush him out; he will be out of Amarrian soon enough but it wont last; he has a lot of clout to have decoys die for him; or her...ya know he thought I was a GAL on that first encounter...heh I am talkin as if 'The Devout' is a guy...what if... a writer: well it doesnt matter right? I mean once you find him, or her, yer gonna blast him right? Darian: My HQ gave me bad Intel; they took that miner out of my medlab; it just wasnt right; they set me up; I dunno if it is even worth goin after 'The Devout'; I doubt he will be caught; I suspect many a bad blood is gonna be shed down here and I am gonna start doin the shedding...I may be Galente on the outside but... a writer: dont worry man...ease up...its not yer fault you are only doin what you were told to get paid...you did get paid right? Darian: ya lol HQ think I got that rat bas...wait...ah ya well ya I think I got him he was took out by those rogue drones its all on video for proof; as far as we know it could have been him but I dunno I do what I am told - the mission is over as far as HQ is concerned; they left me high an dry; I think they sent me on a wild goose chase; 'The Devout' will never be caught but I can put some dampeners on his situations... I dont like it down here; I gots the heebi jeebi's a writer: you dont like Amarrians? I was challenged to a duel; I am buzzin around in a Galente ship in Amarrian space; I get spoofed by an HQ which I should not be totally surprised about; my captive gets taken...and I have history classes to catch up on....wow...did I miss anything? Well that was a nice convo...I hope I did ok in that interview I aint much on interviews. Chased that rat all the way down here only to find a decoy...I got one more mission left an now I aint even gonna get paid for it. I will have to look for an ...well I already found an agent for the missions... if he (or she) dont show up well at least for awhile the Amarrians can feel a little better for awhile knowing the drug trades down here gonna take a little set back... I gots to learn more about Blood Raiders and why are they here. The cartel want a piece I told them to back off that I would handle it they have no interest in them I dont know why they pinged me last nite. HQ...what a joke...guns for hire...I cant help it I feel merc in blood in me but it aint right...I will find em but I wont take em out its just not my style. ..... Darian

I had my other drone checked out - seems okay; my crew does a fine job I am proud of them; being meekly and lowly and out of place is nice sometimes; gives you that family atmosphere...when I need it that is...I just felt bad for that poor bloak out there. Kingpin or not he didnt deserve to die like that...I still wonder if that other drone was acting on its own; I had my ship systems checked out; no luck; seems okay...then again its galente and I am in Amarr space...I could be being watched out there...maybe someone or some-thing took over my ship...I hate the thought. HQ left me - I have no directive now... I could leave this situation or pursue it and possibly get into either political backfire or piracy; neither of which appeals to me right now; I just want to get back to Trouse and talk to that miner. As the story goes...I have one more system to rat out...I aint taken no hostages...these bloodies are ruthless but easy to deal with so far now that my ship is geared better; a little at least... "The Darian Chronicles" is probly similar to that ole story, "The Riddick Chronicles"; but I have to read them books again cause I aint 'too' much like Riddick...maybe a little tho... It's a story of my life's journey's throughout New Eden. I was kinda 'drafted' a a pilot; I was always smart at these things but mostly had to stay home and wanted to get out - to see the stars as they say not just to look at them from afar. I told thems navy folk I wanted no part of it; I kinda snuck out on a freighter; ya know...well it seems as I do have a flair for bein a pilot even tho I left and went back home for several months; those initial 3 months of madness tryin pilot skools out clandestine ya know took a toll on me...but I knew I had to come back; so here I am...I got tons of ships now...doin great on my career missions in my 'wookie' ships. The navy caught up with me on some missions in Caldari systems but I told them hey sorry you cannot force me here; I am a "FREELANCER" now deal with it; maybe I can do a few 'runs' ya know; behind the scenes like....it didnt seem to phase them; they dint take to kindly to bribery...but there's always a few nuts to crack anywhere you go these days. SO I left unwares to them...you can do that...work for a distribution company and eventually get on a freighter; talk to the capt; put in a few good words about myself...cut a few deals...ya have to choose sides though; spread a little loyalty to get some gains; ya have to...I may have been born 'Intaki' but I dont think they are my real roots...I am looking for them eventually once I start doin some runs; that a couple months down the road; nuthin like plannin for it tho! "So here I am: Rock me like a Hurricane" - one of my ole favs...gotta luv it... My skills are doin GREAT ! I got ships in the works for me down the road; I am lookin at 20mil a pop perty soon an with all the fittins probly more like 30mil...Until I get comfy with my 100mil ISK a week; that wont be for awhile either...! My 'Merc' boss, my first "HQ"; told me dang it get out of that rookie ship what are you doin playin cat'n mouse? I told them to back off I did their danged job an they screwed me out of 10mil; I even lost a few mil here an there due to shady agents...I dont care it aint about the ISK anyways...ya ever see a cat toy with it's prey; it's aweful...well I am kinda like that. You wont really know me til ya know me kinda deal..its all good tho I got a kool head an I look after the poor an needy; its important to me cause thats where I came from; I wanna give back somehow... So I figure, why not setup video cams on my ship and stations for mission streaming to the general public; it'd be kool for really new pilots to watch so they dont get too intimidated; not only that; to "NOT" get intimidated by anything in New Eden; it is really easy to happen and it will; many times over...it takes a long time to heal and grow here...this is the real space world out here, not some lego game. Mission Update: "The Seeker Mission" is now officially ended with the current Intel regarding this "The Devout" kingpin... As the mission is still ongoing, it will now come under a new name: "The Devout" The Devout is the kingpin the navy was lookin for back some years ago; I got a lead on him from a 'merc'; took it and went with it them the Navy stepped in; basically stole my Intel from a miner whom I now want to track down; he is a key element here (or she)...last known location was a medlab in Trouse system (?)...Galente up yonder.... What transpired was in the Seeker Mission I was supposed to track this kingpin; he/she showed up and a tough battle ensued; I won and he or she took off on me...I knew I was on his trail; so I kept after him; ended up in Caldari space; chased him back down to Amarr space where I will be runnin missions down here to try an catch him. Well he showed up again totally unexpected I wasnt ready; he spooked...most likely I will meet up with another one of his decoys again; the last time my drones went rogue on me an kilt the decoy; I need my drones and my engineers assure me they are fine and that they were under another ship's control when it happened. I may have to leave them behind from now on; they cant be trusted. So thats the scoop...I press onward on my own now; no help from my merc boss I am now available again for Intel gatherin kinda stuff for like 100K ISK a pop in hi-sec for a 15min mission; I dont have alot of time tho as I am currently under what I call: Mission Active. "The Devout" mission is now active...live streaming will continue tonite and thruout the week untill I get this kingpin; I am gettin closer an that aint no hunch. In fact I may need the asistance of a couple T1 Tacklers...the pay aint much...just to warn yas you may be up against a battleship and there aint no garrantees an yas got to follow my instructions to the letter or that narly rat will spook again on me. I dont expect him to show up again in Amarr space for awhile; that spook did a number on him...I got 3 faction systems and 4-6 or so mission secondaries each to catch up with him...he WILL get caught...I wanna know why he (or she!) is messin with da miners. I think it would have been a bit tuff for the New Pilot...if any New Pilots incured any physical or psychological damage as a result of discovering the unkown in this CCP event I can only offer my condolensces (HAHA Just KIDDIN!!)...drop me a line; send me a ping; ask me for a free frigate; I will do whatever I can to ease the pain and help in any little way possible; I know I was there once a long time ago and I can sympathize. I did a good job surviving out there tho... I am at a stand still on missions until I gather intel as it seems as there is a WAR a brewin... All in all I am doing well and hope to stream some really basic New Player stuff; workin on some market and trading stuff that is goin okay; lookin to study lasers and weapons effectiveness; maybe scratch off a lvl 1 mission or 2...need to beef up a Frigate that is better than a wookie ship to make the lvl 1's go a bit easier but there is still ALOT; I mean ALOT of support work to get into my future ships. I wont be discussing that. I made a friend today - he offered me 100Mil I was gonna say no then he talked about a situation and I explained to him the error of his ways and he was extremely grateful...well worth the 100Mil he promised me next week. I NEVER EVER ask for ISK for ANYTHING; wow I make a friend and look what happens...some people are so nice...he most certainly has a friend, in me... Darian

The Caldari Navy took my miner; well technically he wasnt my miner but he was in my medlab on board under ny care and supervision; we do have adequate medical personel (reminder...look for a new Medical Officer); they just came in and took him. Well he had a suit on; it could have been a her; The Devout could be a woman; or some hybrid slitherin; I dunno but I am tired of chasin this critter all over town; it has to end; he is a dealer and he wont get caught. I am VERY saddened by what I have been thru the last few days and it was only until now that I realize the true nature of ALL THE MAJOR FACTIONS OF EVE: THE NON-RECOGNITION OF THE NEW PLAYER ECONIMCS PROBLEM... Let me explain...first off I believe this has been brought on by the countless war efforts, bickerin an batterin and fuelin war efforts out of NEED FOR THE RICH TO BE RICH and the poor to remain poor an never get a nut. I am EXTREMELY DISHEARTENED...I do not know if it is becuase of lack of the MAIN factions to recognize this, or that they are hte MAIN CAUSE of this, or that the depressive economic structure is the result of 'STATE' and other MAIN FACTION efforts to curb outlying wars...THIS MUST BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY... The NEW PLAYER doesnt stand a chance to survive economically if it werent for the efforts of forgiving donators. ALL OF THE CAREER SYSTEMS ASSETS AT NON-COMPETITIVE PRICES HAVE BEEN DRIVEN TO THE THE MAJOR HUBS; THIS IS A PRIME DERILICTION OF DUTY TO THE MAIN FACTIONS TO POLICE THEIR OWN ECONOMIC INFRASTRUCTURE. You all need to STOP CEASE AND DESIST...We need to at least TEMPORARILY STOP ALL FEUDING and give back to the CAREER CENTERS their cheap startup products so that NEW PILOTS dont have to go 5-8 jumps to obtain the basic goods they need to even start this ... GAME... PLEASE consider these actions ASAP; failing to do so may result in a lower player base sooner than you think. I had to travel for hours today just to get the goods I needed because the only places they were located at were the 4 major HUBS in each system; this is ridiculous and unconscionable; I will not lead an effort to help the poor; but I will certainly take part in it's reclamation...IN THE FACTION OF MY OWN CHOOSING AT MY OWN TIME AND PLACE. NO Faction is above reproach on this; not even CONCORD and CCP for not recognizing this potential 'game-breaker'. I have also discovered that it takes upwards of 15-20 MILIION SKILL POINTS to be an adequate PVP Player in Eve - New Players be FOREWARNED: You have your hat handed to you. I have also seen the utter disgust emanating out of the Amarr Faction's idiosynchrocies so bold and obtuse that it turns my stomach...What has become of the Amarrian State? The followers of the Angel Cartel are starting to hoard and cull your people into submission; you stand by not only let this happen, but let it be the norm? I have seen some evidence of this to make me believe this is a possibility; now I am not saying this is true; but I have seen evidence of it. My own goals and dreams may have been shattered by the looseness and utter irresponsible actions of the Amarrian race, that I am ready to leave the Blood Raiders to their own accord. The Caldari is no better but I have not seen any evidence of their oppressiveness; only smack talk; they certainly seem to be the RICHEST Faction in the Universe; this much is true; It may also be true that they rob from the poor to feed the rich. I may never fight against, nor have any objection to an Amarrian fighting besides me in battle; and I have nothing against the race as of yet; but I have read the stories; and my homeland roots take me back to Minmatar every time; I cant seem to shake it; now that I have seen the subtle destruction of the human mind most likely having had some initiation by the Angel Cartel; I can now see why the Minmatar are at odds with them. I simply cannot support these kind of actions. I hope this is the worst time I will have ever had in this universe; I maybe small, and weak; but I perservered into the depths of hell today; it has sparked a small fury within me; I will be looking at this possible corruption within the Amarrian Families, and I will find it's source; someday I can assure you...but after what I have seen and felt today, it is not on my top list of things to do. I dont expect much I could fight an Amarrian; I am saddened by their losses and possible corruptions; maybe the Blood Raiders and Sanshas have succeeded in lessening the powers you all once had; it is a wonder the Caldari State doesnt wipe you all off the faces of this Eve Universe; let alone the Minmatarian Conjugate. It seems as you even had a battle recently; maybe even with those Angels...NOW DO YOU SEE WHY? Have I opened your eyez to the light? I would help you both strategically and tactically; but I do not and wish not to understand and help an already broken confladulation of what I now believe are families on the brinks of total corruption on the inside. MY ADVICE? Take a real stand...LEAVE the IGS - go into serious hiding - The Time Is NOW for your families to not only retain what you still have; but to recoup from your losses. I will do whatever I can if it will help the poor and undefended in the Amarrian Fields because I can see the light...I will also look into more of the Blood Raider and Sansha uprisings soon; I have my own bizness to attend to down here and I am so glad that I have some to a total, or almost total, recognition and reconsideration of my future goals with the Amarrian Race. I may present my case on live video someday...but for now, I have more important personal matters to attend to.I will do what I can to help the Ministry Of War and improve your war efforts; just dont expect it to last for long. I am deeply concerned by these events the condition seems to be solely limited to Capsuleers, which could suggest some sort of connection to the capsule tech.
