That sure is one healthy profit margin. 25 tickets covers the prize fund, what about the other 12,475 tickets? All profit?
After careful reading I'm thinking there are two different things going on here at the same time.
The 10 mill tickets are for the 115B/titan prize and entering the 1-200 number guess is free?
