get back any share back off people when they left my corp?
i got this share payment plan in my corp, they pay me so much for 1 and i give them the share and at the end of each mont i pay the divends, but i got a promblem now i got 2 member that have left me and they got my share.
i told them i pay them back for the shares, but they are refusing to do so, for they want me to pay them divends, they want me to give them free money. now cos of these 2 people, i haven't been able to pay the divends and people are starting to leave my corp cos of it.
cos the share arn't an open market kind of thing, i try to make them useful in corp.
but cos of 2 idots. i am hoping someone can help me, or do i need to make another corp, get screwed over again then make another? |

Allow sharetrades only through corp, keep track yourself and pay the dividends manually.

The solution seems obvious to me: Virtualize the shares.
Just make a note of current corp members shares - ignore the 2 idiots.
Pay dividends based on those "shares" (just write it down in a text file or something).
The 2 ex-members end up with wortless stuff.
Only problem is that you have to pay the dividends manually with "Give money". Less convenient - but not necessarily a big problem if not too many members. If many members - delegate some of the work to a couple of trusted members with wallet access (each of u doing a third of the payments or whatever).
OTOH - what exactly is the problem? They paid for their shares? Then they deserve the dividend - don't they? It's not free money - they bought the shares. Why does it make a difference whether they are in corp or not? I guess corp members buy shares and in addition work at corp ops?

There is a LOT more stuff I don't know about in this game then I first thought when i started.

Guessing that the agreement was to return the shares when they left and they've refused. Hopefully the contacts system with Kali will allow this kind of thing to be enforced.
