destiny2 Perkone Caldari State 228	Posted - 2013.11.04 17:53:00 - [1] - Quote Sitting here brainstorming ways to bring back old features that made eve super awesome. one way i figured is a mass petition to CCP or to the CSM's for old changes to be brought back. I for one loved the old school cyno system, aka the freaky lightning storms and of course me personal favorite the old torpedo explosion effects, they made useing torps on a bomber and battleships seem that much more epic. anyone else miss any changes ccp made. to be brought back ?

I was thinking about this myself. Too bad drone dungeons and drone missions did not have a random chance that instead of bounties, drones had their alloys instead. A bit of a bonus without the possibility of being farmed. From a lore point of view, some of the drones escaped being categorized by Concord and thus avoided gaining a bounty. As for the original post, the cold, harsh gaming universe of old. In Aura's voice (paraphrased): "This is how you undock." "This is how you fire a weapon." "This is how you mine an asteroid." "This is how you dock back into a station." *kicks you in the ass - "What are you waiting for? There is the universe - go conquer it!"

I remember seeing a video from just after trinity got released and immediately fell in love with how sick energy weapons back then looked and sounded. Also, old heavy EM missile effects (the ejecting trail effect).
