Dear Friends,
I am a lucky client in Erotica 1's bonus round. One of two clients currently. Erotica 1 is doing two clients at the same time to kick off the Holy Crusade.

Just to chime in... was pretty obvious how this was going to end from the start, but I was planning to quit EVE anyway since I really don't have the time for it anymore. I only participated because I figured it would be fun... which it was... for about an hour. But towards the end of the 4 hour stretch I did with these gentlemen, it just got tedious. Even if I would have gotten the money at the end (which I highly doubt) it just wasn't worth it. If this had been any other time of day but late night I probably would have bailed earlier, but when it gets late like that you just get punch drunk so I just let it go on and on.
Only thing I take away from this experience... some players in EVE enjoy the meta game WAY too much, and have way too much time on their hands.
Also, Metallica sucks. Nervana was ok though. |

I wish I'd done that now. heh. Live and learn. I also wish I'd thought to hold 1 ship back by giving it to a corpy or something and then undocking while they still had me dueled so I could kill a few of them. That would have been fun too.

It is, however, Caval' lack of fortitude in the final moments, that cost him the payout. We even pressed him, cheering him on...to simply press a button...so that he could win the payout. But, alas, it was not meant to be. 
Don't blame me man. You guys should make sure the contestant has like 10k isk left for all those eve mails you want him to send, since a lot of the people you put in the contact list require you to pay to send them things. I hit send, but didn't have enough isk left and then the servers restarted. heh |

His faith was merely not strong enough. Why, Caval? Why was your faith not strong?

EVE has made me what I am. A cynical bastard. heh. Which is why I went into this assuming I was being scammed. It's the safest way to fly. I live in Vegas and it's the same way with gambling. You go to the casino with the assumption that you're going to lose, which is why you never take out more than you can afford to just throw away. |

Actually.. the way to win is to double twice and then stop. lol. He legitimately doubles twice. It's when you go for the third big payout that he pulls you into the side channel and the scamming starts. |
