Bring back all of the original skin tones that were available when the carbon character creator was first released. These 16 we currently have is not a large enough variety. In the first iteration of the character creator I think there was around 60+ skintones spread out across the 12 races and sadly most of them are no longer available. Including the one this character currently has.

And since all the racial skintones are homogenized now CCP might as well do the same with clothing so we can make a black amarr with minmatar clothing. The racial differences have already been destroyed with multiple skin tones available to all races so unlocking all the clothing options will make no difference.

Racials should remain sensibly within the realm of the realistic. Some shades are less likely in some races without the creation of half breeds and such.

Better suggestion - Add the racial specific clothing into the game as blueprints. The blueprints could be bought from the racial NPCs and require materials from PI. That way everyone would have access to them but not by default. When Avatar content becomes more 'complete' then control can be taken from the NPCs.

It would also be nice to add some content around clothing items. I almost feel like this is worth a separate proposal on it's own.

I support the idea of unlocking all clothing. In this day and age of trade, surely even Caldari citizens can wear a cloak.

Unlock all the default clothing that's in the character editor for all the eve races to wear.

All the clothing on the market and nex store is not racially locked. I can even wear the Gallente FW blouse if I so please but when it comes to the default "stock" gallente/minmatar etc clothing thats in the character editior It's not available.

I'm not particularly bothered about the current options for clothes or skin tone, but I think the range of hair styles available for Gallente males is laughable.

I tend to agree, but the problem is that the current clothing in the character creator (apart for the amarrian robes) is something that doesn't fit 1 race specificly. All 4 races jsut got some random sets of jackets, t-shirts and pants, nothing that really sets them apart, but why can't minmatars have a black jacket like the caldari can? Likewise, why can't a caldari military woman get a nice pair of flat shoes like the gallente women can?

Since the new character creator got rid of all the unique racial styles (which suck imo) why can't they just get rid of the limitations that do appear to be rather random.

I think the general opinion is "either remove the racelocks on generic clothing or give every bloodline specific clothing (or both.)"
