i dunno if im the only 1 that got this problem but lets see.
i've decided to quit. soo i just wanna cancel my account in the "account mamagement" but..
here we goo..
this error shows up when i try too enter "billing info" and "Subscription info"
the errors name is "COMM-error"
this is serius.. all i want is too quit this game.. and i realy didden't wanted to post this but i did it anyways..
any1 know what the problem could be or maybe another way to cancel my account..
damn.. i have to say, that this scares me off.. i didden't thought that it could be possible..
well.. lets hear :)

Yup, to quit you have to phone up the credit card company and tell them to make sure CCP aint robbing you blind.

Hi.
I'm sorry you're gonna quit (can i have your stuff anyway?=)), but seriously, sometimes it happens that the browser is not able to display the right tab under the edit your account section. Try this URL:
https://secure.eve-online.com/cancelsubscription.asp
If this doesn't work, try to get the attention of Pann (community manager). If you don't want your credit card to be charged, phone your bank or your CC holder and tell them to refuse any charging from CCP or Simon and Schuster. They can block this if you tell them.
I know it happened once, but they fixed it in time. It really bugs me that it always happens at the end/beginning of the months...mmmmhhhh.
Anyway, i will renew.:)

Link doesnt work, and i cant get the date of when my subscription ends becuase that section isnt working either, its sometime mid/early september

haha, well.. its still a very serius *bug* and it should be fixed.. really it should.
and yeah.. they proberly do this soo it i can't quit haha.. pann is just gonna ignore this topic

anyways. im done with eve and it has been fun :) sooo respect..
i've been nice ccp. can i leave now :) ?

hmm,
the term FRAUD ring a bell??
Theft is in there too, lets not forget the multitude of laws dealing with Credit Cards and the customers RIGHTS to cancel a service in a timely fashion.
CCP shows all indications of attempting to "float" all cc payments until the "problem" is brought to their attention via a traceable manner.
CC companies have offices in most countries, and the police in those countries can enforce international trade laws, including CC fraud (this falls under that catagory)
