Amazing service set up within minutes

Took maximum 1 hour to get all of it setup
I can confirm that this is high quality hosting , i have 100 slots hosted in amsterdam , everyone that joins even from far away dosent goes over 50 ms ping , took half an hour - an hour to get it setup (max)

Its been about 6 days, the ts3 server has and no problem or lags that i could see.

After being extremely unhappy with our old provider, decided to give this service ago.
got set up this morning, very quickly I might add given my timezone.

Have had both servers running side by side while we get our people to migrate
watched our old server drop 15 times, and this service hasn't yet, so far so good
and the rates are more than fair.

I have a question.... I am user of your TS3 service. I have paid 1 month, and would like to know how to extend my subscription... for example how do I pay 3 more months which would be added to my current TS3 server? I ask it through this post becuase I think it's a good point to add to the main one.

Ordered yesterday and had recieved it in around an hour, so far excellent quality customer service and the teamspeak is the best i've had yet when compared to other TS3 for ISK sellers.

Great Service, Switched to this when my previous provider decided to pursue another path. All my channels/Server Groups were ported over without a hitch. Would recommend.

For the invoice number I was not sure if I should have included the words 'invoice #number" or just the number, so i sent 2 payments using both ways, could I get the extra added to a 2nd month after my server is set up?

I've been renting a 50 slot TS server through this service for about a month now. While I haven't had a chance to test the actual performance of the server beyond a handful of people, I'm happy with the service and would recommend to others.

I have just paid my second month but im still waiting for a vhost from when i setup the service.

I purchased a mumble server but I cannot get onto my server. The email does not tell me the address to the server, and the link to the host gives a login window but the login details specified in the email do not work. All support is not working, I can't even send a support email.

Do you do domain name hosting for your service or is it a subdomain of yours?

I tried ordering the service, a London based 20 slot server costing 60mil ISK per month, but it wouldn't let me finalize the order without inputting credit card info and I saw no option to pay with ISK, only a Credit / Debit card option.

Please help :)

At first setting up this system was pretty easy and responsive. But the very last step, it going live, has been taking a long time and I don't seem to be able to contact anyone at the site.

Bought a jabber service at about 1am eve time today, here I am 16 hours later with no further emails regarding the jabber server, already sent isk in
