I'm looking to trade this character (Vibes) for a similarly-skilled Minamatar or Amarr HAC driver. Whether or not I include Vibes' assets (which include a Harpy and a Cerberus) will depend upon whether or not the character I'm receiving in trade includes similar assets. For instance, I'd trade a HAC for a HAC. No ISK will be transferred.
Some criteria:
o I want a good PvP skilled character. As you can see, Vibes comes with solid gunnery and missile skills (for a HAC driver), good shield skills, good EW, engeineering and navigation skills.
o I'd prefer Minmatar, but Amarr will work, too.
o Clone must be up to date.
o Character and any major assets transferred should be in safe space (0.5 or higher). Vibes and his stuff is.
o Not really interested in characters with dumb or improperly capitalized names. Stupid-looking portraits are a minus that I can probably get past given other considerations.
o Not interested in characters who have a security rating below -2.0. Bounties are okay. 
o Good atttributes a must, especially in those required for further PvP-related training.
o All resonable offers will be considered.
o I am willing to pay supplemental ISK if the character offered has significantly more skillpoints.

Yes. This character is for sale, now. It doesn't look like a good trade is going to happen, so I will sell it.
I don't really want to go to the hassle of an auction, so please mail me or convo me if you see me online. The char now has over 15m skillpoints and just finished evasive maneouvering lvl 5...so interceptors are now available to him. Very solid character. I've made many, many improvements to it in the 7m SPs I've added to him.
The character will be sold without ISK or the Harpy and Cerb. I'll keep that for my other character that can use them.

I definately want to buy this character, when I look up Vibes in game it is a different picture, so I am not positive it is you or not, so could you send me an in game mail, so we can figure this deal out, thanks.

Yeah...I paid to change the portrait...didn't like the one I inherited.
