The issue is that pilots in FW only experience a small range of tactics and don't often push themselves in regards to the kinds of fights they're willing to take or tactics they use. Highsec, lowsec, nullsec, and wormholes all utilize different combinations of tactics and skillsets. There are a handful of constants among all areas of the game that are important for an FC, but few FCs in the game period view the game from the perspective necessary to possess them.
The fact is, that a good FC can make the most out of any pilot, through training, clear communication, and understanding the strengths and limitations of their pilots and fleet. At the end of the day though, you're only as good as the people you fight and the fights you take. |

Almity flies with fweddit so that by default makes him terrible. Only good FCs on Amarr/Caldari side are predator elite. Minmatar have too many good FCs to mention. |

hotpocket is terrible and can only fight with a massive numbers disadvantage. most FCs like to fight with a numbers advantage but the fact that he goes the other way with it just shows how insane and bad he is. this is why the amarr are losing to the minmatar and the minmatar are in perma tier 5. |
