I'll give you 17.5 B for the character alone, and you can keep the Wyvern.
If you are dead set on getting rid of it, then I will give you 17.5 B for the character, and another 12.5 in a separate transaction (total 30 B) for the Wyvern. This second transaction must use Chribba as a 3rd party - and he must agree to hold both the isk and the SC until the SC is safely and satisfactorily extracted to somewhere else.

However you want to do it is fine, I don't have a parking alt so its hard for me to get out of the ship, and I certainly have no use for the ship without the pilot.
