I am wondering if all the storyline missions are carried out through the first agent after tutorial, or is there another storyline agent out there?
I am asking is because the storyline agent i got (i am gallente) is all courier >.< i want some kill missions :D (my friend is bugging me when he watches me play and ask me to kill stuff ;P)

Hmmmmmmm... The Caldari tutorial involves at least one mission where you kill stuff.
Storyline agents offer you missions after every sixteen missions with a regular agent (try security or internal security for kill missions). They'll usually work for the corporation you did the last sixteen missions for, but there are some exceptions.

Storyline agents will contact you from time to time if you are in their area and your faction standing is high enough. They can give all sorts of missions, including kill missions.
The storyline agent that you get straight out of the tutorial gives only courier missions. It's really boring, but it's an easy way to increase your standing. Do it until you get sick of it (but always keep going until you get an implant as a reward), then switch to regular agents, assuming you want to continue doing missions.

Is the implant reward like the holy grail for these quest? I think i am up to part 6 or 7 of it... only what...10 more?

Something like that. I believe the Gallente one is a +1 Memory implant, which you can sell for about 2-3 million ISK. Gives you a nice boost of cash when you're just starting out. :)
