Greetings space fellows o/
After all the controversies created by some people of this community, I'm here to bring a different perspective and a gameplay experience reached by a small bunch of players working by itself in a small corporation without any allies support since november of 2009 (today is our fourth anniversary!! \o/).
I just wanna share some beautiful numbers:
- Report from Iberians corporation
Location: PF-346, Syndicate.
81 ships killed, 2.2b ISK destroyed.
63 pods killed, 5.2b ISK destroyed.
144 kills total, 7.43b ISK destroyed.
We have never expected so much traffic and we had like two hours non-stop engaging everything we saw on both gates.
What a surprise when this morning someone told me that we were named in the "The Mittani" blog;
One jump out of high sec, the Iberians. alliance camped gates in PF-346. They managed to get similar numbers to FD-MLJ next door with over 125 ships killed and a little less than 100 pods.

For us, a four year small PvP oriented corp, is a compliment to read such words. We managed to get similar numbers of kills to FD-MLJ with no more than 7-8 pilots during the day.
Nice work on that article Alizabeth.
Thanks to CCP we had a BLAST yesterday. We all know that these kind of events are not easy to manage and to satisfy the whole community, but this event was not a failure for all. Well, not for some of us at least. We will be waiting for more :)
PS: Tears and laughs are guaranteed in any event, is part of a any sandbox game, is part of EVE guys. Deal with it and try to have fun playing our favourite MMO.

Obviously you saw and had a purpose therefore it wasn't wasted...interesting but I'll leave it there. At least some people enjoyed the "event" eh. Shame it was at the expense of some 2-3,000 other players enjoyment but I wonder if this doesn't just highlight what a mockery the "event" was if some 6 Capsuleers (I think that was right) got this many kills in an hour or two was it. Something to think about. Along with this:

We really can't criticise null or losec dwellers for their reaction to this gift from CCP. The lions were very happy in roman times for the Christians were thrown to them for the entertainment of the crowd in the colleseum.
It is clear now that the CCP party entertainment now consists of Quafe, Strippers and Human sacrifice..
Oh and if it was also a server load test IT FAILED.

I really wish I had followed my first instinct and attacked the convoy, not tried to join it...ah well.

Don`t worry man, I will explain you this:
A Falcon is a ship in EVE, a ship that everyone can fly it with some skills.
They were nerfed months ago and they are not immortals.
