I personally owned a station in 0.0 in the system of A2-V27 on the Khanid border to Querious. We had hundreds of capsuleers working towards our ends. We placed roughly 30/64 in last year's alliance tournament under my direction as well (unfortunately I consider that a dismal failure, we should have done much better). Do a network search for Silas Vitalia Killboard and you'll see a not-unsubstantial combat record.
