I have been doing this mission, always has another mission for me whenever I complete one. Tonight, after level 7... nothing. the agent tells me, "Sorry kid, nothing at the moment. Could you come back later?" Is this normal for this storyline mission? Was expecting 6 more parts. I've completed each objective.

yea you are supposed to go to another agent in another system to continue the storyline, dont remember exacly wich one though :S
Fly around the constelation and you will run across on a Zealot standings next to this big huge shiny donut shaped structure, thats him. :)

its a 13 part one so you are halfway there and its well worth the effort apart from your nasty opposing faction standing loss at the end

Talk with Ammargal,he will give you the rest of the missions to finish the sequence.

needs standings of 7 IIRC

Darn. While my standings indicated in the conversation window with Ammargal show 7.0, he refuses to talk to me, saying I must speak with someone further down the ladder. I checked my standing with Emperor Family in my character sheet, and it shows 6.97 standing. So, looks like I need to do some missions with Emperor Family to bring my standings up over 7.0

Corp standings are immaterial - it's your Amarr faction that counts, but more to the point, he wants something 
In his particular case, it's the EFA ID Card, I believe.
He said I never listen to him ... (or something like that)
