Are Cargo Expanders subtracting the right amount of speed from indys?

When I went to fit my Occator with Beta Cargo Expanders, I noticed that the expanders subtracted 15 m/s from the max velocity instead of the printed 10 m/s from the item's description. Just to be sure I took them all off, relogged and only added 1 expander instead. With skills the max I can get in the Occator is 135 m/s without mods. When I added the first Beta Expander, the max velocity dropped to 120 m/s, but it still took the proper 15% structure away. Is this a typo in the item's description, or is that mod only supposed to take away 10 m/s and has the wrong value instead? Windzar

I'd double check that the iteron 5 is only 10m/s slower with a beta expander in, because that shouldn't be the case. Assuming navigation 5 (and obviously gallente indy 5) and no other implants, both should be (10 * 1.25 * 1.25) = 15.625 m/s slower with the expander in. The expander lowers the base speed by 10 m/s, and then skills are applied which will increase the gap. Edit: looked at your numbers and you've got navigation 4 it appears. Occator with no expander: 90 m/s (base) * 1.25 (gall indy 5) * 1.2 (navigation 4) = 135 m/s - matches in-game Occator with one expander: (90 - 10) * 1.25 * 1.2 = 120 m/s - matches in-game Iteron V with no expander: 110 * 1.25 * 1.2 = 165 m/s - Does this match in-game? Iteron V with one expander: (110 - 10) * 1.25 * 1.2 = 150 m/s - Does this match in-game?
