5 Million SP, Great mission runner or Alt mission runner
Has access to lvl 4 agents-federation navy
A decent name (no leet speak or numbers)
Positive security status
Can use heavy armor rep drones and sentry drones (which are amazing if you have tried em )
heavy ecm drones (AMAZING if you have tried em)
Has great learning skills (all adv learning to 4 cept charisma)
And can use tech 2 small blasters/rails
Char comes with +2 int, perc, will, mem and a +1 charisma implants
Might come with some assets but will probably not exceed 50mil
And the best part.. comes with 168k LP points.. (maybe around 300mil worth? Because of the possible 8, +3 implant offers which is within his reach)
Starting Bid: 500mil
Reserve: Hidden
Buyout: 1.3bil
Sniper Rule: 15min
Auction Ends 9:00pm Pacific time or 5:00 Eve time on February 16th (about 74 hours from this poast)
