Is this supposed to get hit by the stacking penalty when gang members are using energised adaptive nano-membranes?
Because it blatantly does....

It doesn't, you just don't notice it cause 15% bonus at 85% resists is only +2.25%

Sorry DC it does stack at the end of the energized adaptative chain since RMR making the bonus useless on any ship who run them 
Also the other armoured warfare modules dont work on capital reps making the whole tree pretty damned useless.

Well IÆll give you the example where it was most notable:
Explosive resistance after two Energised Adaptive nano-membrane II's and Explosive Armour Compensation IV -> 46%
Now add in the boost from the Warfare module (11% boost according to the module information with that particular pilots skills) and it rose to 49%...
i.e. it has been hit by the stacking penalty as though it were the third module to have an effect on resistance...

I very much doubt it, Gabriel's not exactly a stranger to the game mechanics. I expect he would have expected it to be:
45.87 + (0.11 * (100 - 45.87)) = 51.8%

FFS. if these things are effecteed in stacking with normal hardeners its a kick in the balls to those training for it
can anyone confirm if its the same with shields and also if the other shields gang mods effect capital shields or not
argggg gang warfare mods should not be stacked with normal hardeners :

These things are stacked.
The figures
Armoured Warfare Spec Lvl2
Squad Command 5
6% Bonus to Resistance with Passive Defense Link
Megathron STD with no hardeners
EM resistance 60%
With Link Active on gang mate
EM resistance 62.4%
Which is exactly correct. ((100-60)*0.06)+60)
Megathron With 6 Energised Adaptive Nano IIs (the 6th has no significant effect due to stacking)
EM resistance 80.6%
With Link Active on gang mate
EM resistance 80.61%
The result should be:
((100-80.6)*0.06)+80.6)=81.764%
*Note 6 EANM IIs are used just to highlight stacking.
With Active Hardeners: N-Type EM + Tech II others
80.00% -> With Gang -> 81.042%
59.50% -> With Gang -> 61.611%
70.25% -> With Gang -> 72.275%
70.25% -> With Gang -> 72.275%

It's an especially big kick in the balls for those of us who can give a 15% bonus with those modules.
Has anyone bug reported the stacking of the Passive Defence module, or the lack of effect that Rapid Repair has on Capital Repairers? I'm pretty sure that the Passive Defence module did not stack before the new stacking formula was brought in.
