i can't seem to find them, as far as i can tell they don't exist.
they don't show up in game on the market, they aren't in the idem database
how can you build a manticore then????

they are t2 bpo's i think , only seeded through the lottery.

cause all other tech2 bpo's show up in the idem date base,(HACs AF, ints, recon ships even the regular cover ops ie. buzzard...) but not the steal bombers, i don't quite understand it.

Not available from the NPCs anymore.
Up to ten days before RMR, my Caldari Starship Engineering R&D agent still had the Manticore (plus Crane and Bustard) in his "predictable patents".
Then he had nothing predictable until 15 days after RMR (was tempted to cancel the research at that time), and after those 15 days he had some predictable patents anew : the new T2 Destroyers, Cruisers and Battlecruisers.
If you want a BPO for a T2 frig (Assaults, Interceptors, Covert Ops and Stealth Bombers), you'll have to buy it from a player, at a probably outrageous price.
