How long does the person have kill rights on your for? It doesnt show a timer... can someone let me know

and hopefully for existing kill rights those 30 days will begin from the time of kill instead of patch day, otherwise all those people with expired killrights will have then another month longer.

low sec status pirates/players shouldnt get to fight back.. its ok for fleet battles etc i gues. but pirates are pirates, concorde shoudnt allow a pirate or someone that commited previous time and gotten a to low sec status to kill someone like that. their police -.- concorde will be traitors if it gets implemented...
and newbs, how are they going to skill up enough in 30 days to get a high skilled pirate? sure it can be done, but it depends and its noobs were talking about, so no way.. more free kill mails for teh pirate, camp a gate with lots of noobs, try getting them to engage you later, get your free kill mails.. doesnt sound right to me..
make the low sec pilots maybe -2 and below get concorded if they engage back in concord space imo..

Just come back with some high skill friends and kick that silly pirates butt. It's part of the fun in an multiplayer game.
