To begin with I am fairly new to eve (been playing for about 2 months) and heard a few cool things about warp bubbles and pirates using them. So today I just bought a Mobile Small Warp Disruptor I, and was going to use it in my local 0.4 for pirating. So I head off and once in the 0.4 system I "launched for self", and then I get this annoying message that is telling me that: "You cannot do that because it is currently against empire policy to launch or anchor objects of that type within their jurisdictions".
Now I am like WTF, the item says nothing of not being able to anchor it in low sec or anything of that nature.
I have just spent the last hour searching the Eve website for anything related to warp bubbles and was unable to find any information. So what I am trying to figure out is where (besides 0.0) you can anchor a bubble... Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks.

I was under the impression that if you aren't interferring any object around you thats peaceful within range of it (like smartbombs) you can launch it.
However, I also thought you could launch it too in 0.4, prehaps I am wrong. ___ _"Akkubai Angels" - Book 1 of My EVE Novel_ |

You can only use them in 0.0 space. Same with interdictor spheres.

MMM.... I wish they made that clear in the describtion of the item, I just wasted money on something I can't use now. I didn't know that applied to interdictor spheres as well. Good to know that Thanks.

If you were able to anchor it in 0.4 it would mean the sentries would shoot it. And they are not the most durable things on the planet.
