Decent drones/gunnery/missiles.
Can fly any PvP ship smaller than cruiser (frigs/destroyers/interceptors/assault frigates/electronic attack ships/interdictors/bombers/cov-ops - most lvl 5)
Positive wallet, positive security status, no kill rights, character in station, remap+bonus remap available (2 total).
3 jump clones (4 total): without implants in high-sec; with full +5 implants in high-sec; with full +4 implants in high-sec; without implants in null-sec.

Thank you for decent offer, Kathlynne. Let's wait for about 12 hours, till 13:00 eve time, and if there won't be better offer, we'll make a deal.
Since reserve is met, and deadline now set, it seems wise to add additional rules:
minimum increment 1 bil, and 1 hour sniper rule.
