Hi All,
What is the best (quickest) way to take down a hauler in Empire roid belts before Condord does you ?
I have tried a few tests and can never seem to hit structure before I'm a gonner. I would like to be able to do this with minimal skill investment (and spending minimal isk), but am starting to think it's not as easy as it may seem.
I have tried missiles, blasters, smartbombs, lasers - all on frigs and cruisers, but cannot do it.
Someone out there willing to share some secrets ?

Get some friends and work asa team.
failing that come to low sec and pirate properly

Thanks Hughy - I don't like to think of this as though - this is what I like to call "payback" 
I assume any ships involved will go 'pop' when Concord appears though, right?

Yes Concord will Blow up anything that engages in hostile activities in empire outside of a sanctioned war.
and also you will takje sec hits and if you do this too often you will be banished to low sec anyway.

SHOP is the experts in this area, they lost 6 bs's, 1 bc, 1 cruiser and 1 frig, to concord, some days ago when they ganked my alts impel in highsec space.
if the logs is right, they first tryed whit 2 ravens and 1 megat. all blew up to cc.
Then 1 bc and cruiser. they also blew up.
and finaly a mega and a godden killed it.
they used a dominix whit smartbombs for the pod.
I cant remember were they used the frig.

gankageddon, i take down haulers at gates in 1.0 0.9 eazy ¼_¼ and make a healthy profit each time use megabeams for that extra damage

lv5 missile skills lv5 caldari cruiser seem to do the trick for me

Ah, c'mon Avoid, not going to tell them what was in the Impel? Btw, we broke even on our losses and had a lot of fun in the process.
@OP: We found out that Concord also jams you in 0.8 and highter. Not sure if that helps or not.
